We will manage all legal aspects, staff requirements, property maintenance contracts, and any special property specific requirements you may have in a complete and professional manner for you. Based on a yearly budget prepared and discussed together with the owners, we manage the property with monthly reporting of all progress, and financial aspects as required.
Our Property Managers will preview necessary work, budget expenses and take the responsibility that the property is in perfect condition and always in a “ready state” to be enjoyed by our clients, their family and friends as required.
